Jason Hibbs
Managing Director
Jason joined Jet in January 2012 with the mission to develop the Jet business and build upon the qualities that Jet is renowned for.
Jason joined with a successful commercial and operational career spanning engineering, logistics and consultancy.
Ivan Garcia
Technical Director
As a Chartered mechanical engineer with a specialism in HVAC plus an MBA, Ivan provides technical expertise, leadership and development that are vital for Jet Environmental projects.
Ivan manages teams of HVAC engineers, estimators and the contracting function.
As a Board member and co-owner Ivan is key in setting the future technical direction for the business.
Gary Hardiman
Operations Director
Operations Director Gary Hardiman manages the day-to-day operations of both Jet’s contracts department and pre-sales tendering process.
Gary is senior member of staff and plays a vital role in ensuring the effective end to end management of projects.
Gary is a long serving member of Jet Environmental and an inspiration and often mentor to newer members.
Chris Ludwig
Technical Manager
Chris brings nearly 25 years of HVAC expertise.
With a mechanical engineering degree and a proven track record in energy-efficient design, he specialises in creating innovative, sustainable HVAC solutions for large-scale industrial facilities.
Chris Lawton
Service Manager
Service Manager Chris Lawton is a qualified and certified HVAC systems engineer and supports the broad portfolio of Jet's HVAC systems out in the field.
Chris is also instrumental in supporting clients' critical system operations and oversees the KPI management and reporting for key clients.
Sarah Martin
Contracts Manager
Sarah Martin is responsible for successful implementation of Jet projects with full autonomy of the fulfilment process.
Sarah joined Jet in January 2019 from Flakt and since then has successfully managed increasingly large and prominent projects.
The success of Sarah’s project management is highly valued by Jet and her growing customer fanbase.
Andy Plevey
Project Manager
Project Manager Andy Plevey is responsible for the successful implementation of Jet projects.
Having worked in the HVAC sector since 1979, Andy has broad experience of large scale HVAC systems installation and contracting.
Andy joined JET from Inviron (ABB), where he spent 18 years.
Tom Holdaway
Contracts Engineer
Tom manages HVAC installation projects from start to finish. Coming from a background in HVAC manufacturing, he brings solid technical knowledge and a practical approach to project delivery.
Tom works closely with suppliers and site teams to keep things moving and ensure installations meet expectations.
He’s steadily building his experience and plays a reliable role in supporting our engineering operations.
Steven Reid
Project Manager
Steven brings over 20 years of experience in the HVAC and R industry, gained in both South Africa and the UK.
Starting his career as an installation and maintenance engineer, he has since delivered complex commercial and industrial projects, developing specialist expertise in VRF systems, AHUs, BMS-linked HVAC equipment, and ventilation solutions.
With a proven track record in managing teams, procurement, logistics and full project delivery from design to client handover, Steven combines technical excellence with strong leadership.
He is responsible for delivering high-value, bespoke HVAC projects across the UK and Europe.
Brenda Greenstock
CAD Engineer
Brenda is our CAD Engineer, responsible for producing 2D and 3D drawings of our HVAC systems.
With a steady and thoughtful approach, she supports the team by turning technical concepts into clear, workable designs.
Brenda is also the heart of the office—always ready with a bit of wisdom when it's needed most.
Her calm presence and supportive nature make her a much-loved part of the team.

Bringing energy, precision, and a people-first approach to everything she does. Jodie ensures our clients receive seamless, attentive service.

Amy is our Senior Service Co-ordinator and the driving force behind our service administration team.
With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for refining processes, she ensures our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Amy plays a key role in enhancing the customer experience—both through direct support and by continuously improving our internal systems.

Abbie Davies
Health, Safety & Business Improvement
Abbie plays a vital role in both Health & Safety and Business Development across our operations.
She ensures our on-site safety standards are exemplary by conducting site assessments, preparing Method Statements and RAMS, and managing supplier accreditations and vendor evaluations.
Alongside this, Abbie contributes to our growth strategy by identifying new opportunities and helping shape service delivery to meet evolving customer needs.
Her dual focus makes her instrumental in driving both operational excellence and strategic development.
Zoe Hart
Office Manager/Accounts Assistant
Zoe helps with the day-to-day running of the office and supporting accounts administration.
She keeps things ticking over and provides general support across the team.
David Mcadden
Service Engineer
David is a highly experienced refrigeration engineer having worked for manufacturers and service companies.
David's broad experience is key in facilitating the expansion of Jet's service business to take on the PPM of any HVAC installation nationwide.
Craig O’Toole
Service Engineer
Craig is a highly skilled gas and refrigeration engineer with deep technical knowledge and a practical, hands-on approach.
He helps with essential planned maintenance work and is one of our go-to troubleshooters when complex equipment issues arise.
Craig’s calm efficiency and problem-solving mindset make him a trusted figure on site and a key part of our engineering team.
